Nigerian Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is on the verge of completing a palatial beach house in Lagos.
It would be recalled that sometimes this year, the singer took an extra interest in real estate, after which he acquired massive land in Banana Island worth billions of naira.
The singer’s latest housing project, however is said to be that of a beach house situated in the Ilashe area of Lagos State.
According to the real estate firm, Gidcrib, who made the information available, the beach house belonging to the singer is set to reach completion soon.
If the house is completed this year, it would be Davido’s second house in 2022 following the Banana Island mansion he moved into in March.
