Another tragic news for South Africa as one of its rapper, Costa Titch has died. The artiste reportedly collapsed while performing at the Ultra music festival on Saturday, 12 March 2023.
The news of Costa Titch’s death was confirmed by the entertainment commentator Phil Mphela on Twitter just before midnight and was followed by a string of somber reactions from industry colleagues.
Fellow musician Junior Da Rocka and Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader Julius Malema are among those to seemingly reference the rapper’s passing.
The death of Costa Titch comes as music fans are still mourning the loss of fellow rapper, AKA, who was shot outside of a restaurant at Durban by unknown hit men.
Interestingly, both Costa Titch and AKA have both collaborated on a song called “Super Soft.”
