Nigerian singer, Teni, has lashed out at famous model, Monalisa Stephen, in a heated exchange after being criticized for celebrating her weight loss journey.
Teni shocked many with her transformation towards the last quarter of 2022, stirring reactions from netizens. She shared an appreciation video of herself on the new year.
The singer emphasized her reason for weight loss, as one which centered on being conscious of the health implications.
The video triggered Monalisa Stephen’s advocacy for body positivity and how Teni’s song was a slap on what she stands for.
Taking to her Instagram, the model condemned Teni for using and dumping the ‘Fat Community’.
