Music producer and singer, Olumide Ogunade, popularly known as ID Cabasa, who nurtured music legends like 9ice and Olamide under his label has alleged that the house and cars Marlian signee, Zinoleesky claimed to have bought were purchased under Marlian Records owned by Naira Marley and not under his personal name.
This revelation is coming exactly one week after the heartbreaking loss of Nigerian musician, Mohbad, who was also under Marlian Records.
Mohabd died last week Tuesday under suspicious circumstances, with the social media space agog with the news of his death.
However, his former record label boss, Naira Marley, and his associates, Sam Larry have been accused of having a hand in his death.
A series of documents and videos of the duo subjecting the late singer to relentless bullying for leaving the Marlians Record had surfaced on the internet.
Reacting to the controversies during an Instagram live session on Monday night, ID Cabasa stated the alleged maltreatment that Naira Marley subjects his signees to within the confines of his record label.
He said:
”I started hearing a lot of things coming from that label, that even some of the things that were bought for Zinoleesky, the house, the cars were not bought in the boy’s name.
”That’s wickedness from the highest order.”
