American rapper, singer, and songwriter Cordae Amari Dunston, known mononymously as Cordae has just released a new song he labeled “Chronicles” featuring H.E.R & Lil Durk.
Cordae first teased this track as part of a medley with “Sinister” as the musical act on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on January 10, 2022 and the song made it to Cordae’s sophomore album, From a Birds Eye View.
“Chronicles” marks the fourth collaboration between H.E.R. and Cordae following these songs:
- H.E.R., “Racks” (Jun. 2019)
- H.E.R., “Lord Is Coming (Remix)” (Oct. 2019)
- H.E.R. & Hit-Boy, “Trauma” (Jun. 2021)
Although this is the first occasion where Cordae and Lil Durk have released a song together, Durk was featured on H.E.R.’s “Find A Way (Remix)” in September of 2021, making this track their second official collaboration.
Finally, “Chronicles” boasts production credit from Boi-1da, Vinylz, Don Mills (Producer), SMPLGTWY & TT Audi.
