American rapper and singer, Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, better known by the stage name Future came through with this song he labeled “Too Comfortable”.
“Too Comfortable” is an ode to putting disrespectful females in their place.
On the track’s chorus, Future warns an unnamed female, presumably his current girlfriend, not to become comfortable with the luxuries that come with dating him, such as the designer clothes and foreign cars he raps about throughout the song, as he can take them away at a moment’s notice if she disrespects him and give her back to the streets.
The track is produced by Future’s frequent collaborators VOU and Southside and was released on May 15, 2020.
The song was a moderate commercial success, debuting at #75 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the week following High Off Life’s release.
Quotable Lyrics;
Bitch, don’t get too comfortable
Better not get too comfortable
Better not get too comfortable, yeah
Bitch, don’t get too comfortable
Better not get too comfortable
Better not get too comfortable
