Austin Richard Post, known professionally as Post Malone and Canadian sensational Singer, The Weeknd has just released a new song labeled “One Right Now”.
“One Right Now” is the first collaboration between Post Malone and The Weeknd, finds both artists looking back at a relationship with a former love interest. However, while the ex has a desire to restart the relationship, both express that they have moved on—so much so that they have one girl with them and another on the way. The track’s instrumental has a clear ‘80s electropop influence, similar to that of The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights.”
The song was initially teased by both Post Malone and The Weeknd on November 2, 2021, when they shared a snippet of the song to their respective Instagram pages.
However, the song was officially released on November 5, 2021 and was produced by Andrew Bolooki, Brian Lee & Louis Bell.
