Australian singer, songwriter, voice actress and director, Sia Kate Isobelle Furler came through with this motivational song she labeled “Angel By The Wings”.
On January 2016, Sia announced that she has recorded a new song, “Angel By The Wings,” specifically for the coming-of-age documentary film, The Eagle Huntress.
The song has been described by Billboard as an “uplifting pop song” which showcases Sia’s mesmerizing vocals, inspiring its listeners to look up to the sky, before unleashing a powerful refrain of ‘You can do anything.’ The lyrics capture the lead character’s own invincible spirit and a positive message of female empowerment.
The song earned Sia her first Critics’ Choice Documentary Award for Best Song in a Documentary category.
The documentary along with the song was released on 2nd December 2016 in USA.
Finally, the song boasts production credit from Greg Kurstin.
